Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Helpful! Turbo Tax made it easy to file my tax return for someone like me who is very unversed in the matter. I didn't find the need to use the "guided help", however, I felt at ease knowing I had the option. Notifications are timely; I was notified of my rejected return the same day I filed. This was great as I was able to fix the error right away without wasting any time waiting. I recommend using Turbo Tax to anyone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Happy Tax Experience Overall, this was a positive experience, but I definitely recommend using the "Live Premier" option and speak with a CPA live at the end to make sure you did everything correctly. Also, do not be afraid to step away for a few days if you are uncertain of anything. The discount you get off the product is probably a lot less than what you save overall in taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Sucks I purchased the download version of TurboTax Business and it only allowed me to print my 1099's. I could NOT do my 1120 form or any of my actual business return. It was not even listed on the menu. I went out and purchased the CD version thinking that maybe the download had been corrupted. The CD version is doing the same thing. I have now purchased it TWICE and still cannot do my taxes. I'm more than a little angry at this point!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from software is glitchy There were multiple occasions where the software hung up. One time it flagged its own math as erroneous. The confusing HSA questions for spouse coverage have not been fixed yet (has been an issue for years).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big Help in filing! This was my 2nd year using Turbo. With all it carries over, Turbo was even more helpful this year than last. The tax code is so complex, I appreciate the way Turbo walks the user through each step in a very intuitively, detailed way.
