Rated 3 out of 5 by from Service is good, "Free" is wrong. If you literally have nothing but an employer and IRAs, you're fine. Other wise, like the 65+ million of us US citizens with an HSA, you will have no option but to pay $59+sales tax to file. If the HSA is the ONLY thing you have that's "non-standard," you're better of just doing your taxes yourself. I've used TurboTax for every year I've needed to file taxes (20 of the last 26 years) and I think this will be my last year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year the search function did not give answers I did not find the FAQs helpful. The directions were not clearly stated. I needed to review 2 items and could not figure out how to navigate to change some information in Forms. There was no clear path to see Schedule C. This year it took over 8 hours to complete, much longer than in prior years.
