Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax has been very reliable I have been preparing my own taxes for forty years. The last many years have been with the assistance of Turbo Tax. It has helped me remember many of the potential information I might need and seems to have gotten where it needs to be reported. For people with just regular tax situations, Turbo Tax is worth trying!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo review Good but not great. the inputing of certain information was clumsy and not intuitive. The initial support filter had very low quality people. Once I went to the CPA it was much much better and profesional. First filter of customer support needs attention. 2 people hang up on me when the realized they had did not know what they were talking about. it was a 3 person that transferred my call to a CPA (my questions were very technical) CPA was good and very knowledgable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy and efficient to use. It saved us a lot of time and learn many many things about regulations, policies on federal and state tax return. Turbo Tax may need to improve automatic processing tax file forms from WEBULL.
