Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is just getting better and better. Loved the fact that it seemed quicker and easier. Didn't like that it went from costing me nothing last year to costing me $155.00 this year and too many consent forms for giving my info away to others just to perform the services that Turbo Tax claims to do itself. But other than that, it was wonderful. Thanks Turbo Tax

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems with Importing Fidelity Tax Form Data I could NOT import my Fidelity Investment Tax Forms using TurboTax. After entering my correct User ID and Password for my Fidelity Account, I received a message that me User ID and/or Password was incorrect. Yet, I was able to logon to my Fidelity account using them, and I contacted Fidelity to ensure all was OK with my user profile. They said all was well with Fidelity, and therefore it must be a TurboTax failure. I contact a TurboTax tech rep, who attempted to resolve my problem and he could not do so. Therefore, I manually entered my Fidelity tax info into my TurboTax file. A time consuming effort, which DEVALUES the use of TurboTax quite a bit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK It needs to address pensions not requiring a RMD. Also needs to explain why it chose to prepare a 1040-SR instead of the 1040-ES I've used for years. I had to call a Customer Service Rep. to find out if I could file the SR and still make quarterly payments. She was extremely helpful and said I could .
