Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a ripoff! I have used Turbo Tax for several years but this is the last. Among other problems I had to recover the file several times because it would not progress past the point of personal exemptions. This experience was totally unacceptable!

The turbo tax live experts were able to answer my questions and help me feel confident when filing my tax return. The only thing I strongly disliked is the fact that I have to pay 110$ typically 120$ because I sold stocks last year. It should honestly just be included in the free file package.

All three were great. Sorry, for not remembering their names as your system didn't give me an opportunity to highlight them. I like to say especially "THANK YOU" to the lady I spoke a couple a weeks ago. She went above and beyond and hopefully you can check your records and Thank her for me She was one of the most dedicated individuals I met so far in the customer service world. THANK YOU!
