Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax helped me I had TurboTax live and got Marjory to help me file. She was wonderful and made the process go smoothly. I had all my questions answered and she was informative with my filing. I give her a 10 out of 10 and will file with TurboTax again cause of Marjory.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Have a tax prep do it for you isn’t worth the fee And didn’t give me any bigger of a refund than when I ran it through on free tax USA. But this cost me $425 to find out that turbo tax would get me the same before their fee of course

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome The best is if you have any problem, you can always ask a TurboTax expert. It can be online chat, phone calls, and face-to-face (zoom) help. During my Tax return, I have used them 3 times, every time they are patiently helped me and solved my problems.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was a horrible experience I have been doing my taxes on my own for 25 years using H&R Block for $50 and was done in 3 hours. This cost me $300 and took 4 weeks and I owe $1,000 in fed tax. I will never use this service again.
