Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never done my own taxes; this was GREAT EXPERIENCE I'm 27 and I haven't done my own taxes before - I don't know what other company makes it more complicated than this or not, but if it's not as simple as this, then they're ALL doing it wrong. THANK YOU TURBO TAX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The expert help was fantastic I had trouble transmitting my returns and talked to an agent named Jeffrey. He was very patient and so helpful! I finally had to transmit from my iPhone instead of my laptop. I was very frustrated and he helped me so I could file my taxes. You need more agents like him!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Turbo Tax is super easy to navigate. It covers everything you need to account for step by step for you. Most forms can be uploaded directly from your bank/payroll company/student loans etc.. It is very reasonably priced and you get your returns super fast. I have used other tax software, H&R Block preparers, and private accountants in the past. Turbo Tax is the way to go. I have used them for the past 5 years, and am glad I did every time

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Comes Through!!! Filing our taxes with Turbo Tax proved to be easier than I thought. There were sections where we got stuck,but the Turbo Tax expert who helped us was patient and very knowledgeable ;even when it took over an hour to get things straightened out. She never lost patience with us.I'm grateful for to her for that.
