Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Review for TurboTax Premium I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years and it is has always been a reliable way to do my taxes. The fact that it can import from financial institutions is, in my opinion, the best way to get through all of the additional forms and information that one would ordinarily have to track down and input. Having been in business for myself for over 20 years, it makes simpler for all of the forms required to submit. Thanks, a continuing customer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Process is simple. But assistant is non-existent Your help is very hard to navigate and use. I used the most expensive application and still need to communicate with robot. Numerous inputs and NO answer. I have used you for many years and this year just put me over the top. I may go to paper again. You are very expensive to use and not much supplied for the $.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Difficult return reliable help After leaving a company after 19 years and liquidating all stocks and retirement plans, I dreaded sitting hours over multiple days with a CPA or in a tax office with someone that had a few weeks of training. Thankfully with the in depth questions, the ability to upload photos, and chat options, I was able to complete both federal and state taxes with confidence.
