Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has been awful I have already stated a number of time the awful time I have had with this website this year. I could not download the State return, I spent 11 hours trying to get it to come up. Then on top of everything else when you go directly to the website it tells you to start from there and then I was charged another 59 bucks to rebuy the program that I had already paid 49 buck for. It has been the most frustrating experience this year. The whole process should have only taken me 1 1/2 hours to do. I was even on the phone with their help call for 45 mins and she couldn't figure out what to do.
