I didn't want the extra servicesI didn't want all the extra services, but the system didn't give me options to remove them. I I was not happy with the fees and services and didn't even want.

Turbo Tax was easy to navigate.Turbo Tax was easy to navigate. Once i needed help with a consult and they called at the exact time they said they would. The person was appropriately friendly and extremely helpful. The one negative was that I had to bump up to a more expensive bracket to upload and include all my brokerage information. Maybe a senior citizen/retiree category at a lower rate would be appreciated.
