Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good stuff! I've used TurboTax Deluxe for at least ten years with confidence. This year, downloading, installing, and registering TurboTax 2020 Deluxe went well as expected. The only difficulty I had was, after entering all income, I was ready to enter deductions. That's when TurboTax would NOT update (Microsoft Installer error 1603). The next day, I saved the work already entered, uninstalled TurboTax 2020 Deluxe (even when uninstalling, TurboTax saved my file as it should) and re-installed the program. All proceeded correctly and the rest completed correctly and swiftly. Even with the one glitch, TurboTax remains an excellent product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Premium- Not happy with Turbo Tax this year and even upgraded to premium. Not sure I really needed to upgrade, did not see much different. This year Turbo Tax seemed much more complicated than previous years and really did not have understandable explanations. I have been using for more than 12years now and have been happy most of those years. Maybe this year is just a 2020 year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy to use I appreciate that this tax prep site gives me the info I need, as well as clarification when phrases or terms are unfamiliar. For example, instead of itemizing all my deductions, I was able to compare which option (standard vs. itemized) would offer me the best tax break. Kinda wish it was free all around (more than just "free to file" for simple taxes) but that's the name of the game; still seemed like I was offered options throughout to have an expert assist me if I had questions.
