The product is fine and gets you through what you need, but the cost is too high. It would be helpful if it explained differences from last year's return more clearly. Does the difference make sense based on what I put in? If so, please explain why the difference makes sense. I am just accepting that since you didn't find errors we're ok to file. But you really didn't provide a service of helping me understand differences in deductions and credits year over year. That kind of expertise would be worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent tax prepartion software Turbotax works as advertised. I did not use online support as I am well familiar with Turbotax having used it for over 20 years, and I am now retired and my tax situation is not complicated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Always use Turbo Tax Mostly Easy exept now that I am working with retirement accounts, Transfer and downloading financial institution's copy is easy, but some info does not translate and causes errors in the return that I have to fix and I am not always sure of the answers, i.e, long term capital gains, acquired dates, etc. These are in the paperwork but doesnt always transfer as it should in my opinion.
