Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax Had a lot of trouble with the Turbotax download that I bought from Costco. It would not download. Cistco gave me a refund. After that I downloaded itn from the website, only $10 off instead of $20 at Costco and it worked fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am stuck at the Driver's License I tried to get help and there was nothing to help me. There is no way to get to at least chat with an expert. I don't want to talk to my peers in "the community." I want help from TurboTax. It won't go past the screen requiring my driver's license. I entered everything required. It isn't telling me what's wrong, it just comes back to the same page and won't let me file my taxes! This is ridiculous. I have used TurboTax for more than 30 years but may not in the future if this problem is not resolved. Not giving us a way to TALK/CHAT to/with a person who can solve the problem is BAD BUSINESS!!!!
