Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax New User Interface The new format was very easy to use and understand. I had to make a change to my state form that was a little hard to follow. It would have been easier just to edit the form directly, if possible. Otherwise, a very very successful upgrade to your user interface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Charles my Tax Expert restores my trust in TurboTa My experience with TurboTax DeskTop started rocky. It was my first time, prior I used online TurboTax with life assistance. My opinion of Turbotax was dropping because I was having a difficult time with finding appropriate guidance through this new frontier. But I was determined to try something new. Finally a tech instructed me to purchase an additional $70 service that would provide live Tax expert/CPA assistance. for Desktop TurboTax users. After filtering through a few I finally met Charles and he was an Angel. He was a TurboTax Tax Expert for a number of years. He listened to my frustrations silently and then went into gear. Redirecting me and assuring me that he would restore my faith in TurboTax and that he would stick with me to the end. And he did just that. I worked with Charles over 2 weeks and he stood up to the task. I had a lot of questions. It was daunting but Charles walked me through correcting and adjusting. One thing stood out, he did not hold back telling me to make sure I place only correct information and information I could substantiate. I appreciate Charles' service and going beyond. He truly still have a passion for what he does and what he is employed to do. I can say, for me, he went beyond. This is a good example for the rest of us when we are servicing the community. Karma is real and I speak blessings over his life for the blessings he gave me.
