They make it easy for the average person to tolerate. It's preferential to the other options out there.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax is ok it was fairly easy. however when speaking to someone they confused me more than i needed to be confused. i dont even understand how you can beat around the bush so much. i kept telling her i didnt understand what she meant. or how on my taxes i can put what somebody else claimed and i did not. i just didnt get it
