Rated 3 out of 5 by from Be Careful About State Tax I'm a first time state tax filer, so I was really relying on TurboTax to help me the most there. Unfortunately, they let me down and took my money first. In my state, as a first time filer you have to submit by mail. TurboxTax didn't tell me this till after I had already purchased the State Tax package. You would think that if they new this information, that they would say that before I purchased the package or completely stop me from making the purchase since I can't make use of the service. Not consumer-friendly :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very user-friendly and helpful I was surprised to see how much help TurboTax offers through their prompts at the bottom of their pages. You have the option to open as many question boxes until your questions are answered and they give you break downs as well.
