Rated 3 out of 5 by from its ok it's navigates ok but there were some glitches while filing taxes this year. We would near the end, it saying, lets review taxes and when we get to a certain page it was blank, so we tried to refresh and we would get a message saying it wouldn't save any information we inputted, so we would cancel the refreshed button. After quite a few attempts we just jumped to the file page, were it said it would be $69 for one and $39 for the other and the amount would be $108. i hit the continue button and was trying to figure out the next steps and ended up hitting the back button which took us back to the 3 steps to file. When I went back in to the first step it had added an extra $39 charge which wasn't there before which then made the amount we were to pay from $108 to $147. It's a hidden fee and I thought Turbo Tax was suppose to be transparent with their fees, but apparently they can take what they want as long as your unsuspecting of this; its an extra processing fee on top of the state and premium processing fee.
