Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thorough & Complete I'm new to filing taxes and TurboTax is definitely thorough in assisting a newcomer like me. The 'help' sections do extremely well at clarifying whenever I have a question about whether something applies to me, and additionally helps me to understand the breakdown of my numbers. I couldn't recommend anything better for newcomers to filing tax returns.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convenience, but you pay for it. The experience was great, the specialist even greater! I was confident that my taxes were accurate and my biggest refund was obtained. However I was disappointed in the price. I was already on the fence about paying $170 for the service, but then after I was done, I received the cost at over $300. I would not have purchased the service had I known the cost (which is why intuit didn't give the cost up front). I will likely still use Tutbo tax, but will kit be purchasing the full service next year.
