Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm Glad I Used Turbo Tax Again The tax preparation was quite easy until I made a mistake on a Health Insurance Marketplace Form with incorrect inputting. The tax adviser was great and helped me through screen sharing to correct the problem. I tried by myself to correct the problem, but wasn't able to on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SIMPLE You would have to be a complete idiot to not know how to file your taxes with turbo tax. plus if you have a unique tax situation you can just pay more to talk to an actual person who can help do your taxes with you so it makes more sense.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as easy to use this year The download from my financial institution didn't happen at the start of my return as in previous years. I also got multiple questions about items in the 1099-B that I hadn't seen previously, and spent A LOT of time trying to figure it out. The help screens were no help at all. The previous years only took 3-4 hours for me to do, this year was about 3 times that. Next year I will research alternatives to TurboTax
