Great service with honest problemsI had a great experience, overall. I really enjoyed the people that I worked with, as they were quite professional and had very cheery dispositions. My only problem came with the system. How are you going to "find someone's perfect match" for a tax professional, and then match them with someone that isn't working at that moment. It seems like the criteria for a perfect match would be someone that is working right now.
