Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax really let me down this year. I called Turbo Tax this year because I do my families returns. And as we have more kids and grandkids it has become more than the 5 e files that i get with one product. I explained that to the agent I talked with and she said to just buy another Turbo Tax product so I did and then was not able to file more than 5 returns. When I called again to Turbo Tax they said the other agent had told me wrong and I was not able to file more than 5. I have only filed 4 returns as the 5th one was rejected and we decided to file by mail. But they still wont let me file the fifth one. I am very disappointed with Turbo Tax. I have used them for more years than I can remember but may change products next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating more every year I understand they don't want you to use tool to figure out your taxes without paying, but let me pay up front so that I can preview the tax forms mid filing or at least jump to form being populated. I still have records from 10 years ago that I cannot figure out how to remove from return. I also despise the constant upselling for additional features.
