Rated 4 out of 5 by from End of Year Inventory SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVMENT: It looks like TurboTax 2020 rognized and transferred over my 2019 end-of-year inventory, and ten started working with that number assuming inventory was sold in 2020. This was not the case, whereas previous year inventory was only partially sold during 2020. recognizing this possibility would help greatly.

This year there seemed to be lots of changes and at times I was confused at that it wanted me to do. Because of this it took longer to do my returns then usual. Other then that I am happy my taxes are done and on there way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! The "walk me through everything" feature in turbotax really simplifies even the most challenging tax issues. I find the links with additional information to be helpful with explaining and giving examples that can be applied to almost any situation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from meh..not very transparent and navigation is so so Printing tax returns is confusing, with print preview, and no real exit except cancel... it doesn't seem to complete job on its own. Would like more transparency as when I used to file manually (including lots of deductions), I was more in-touch with tax requirements/rationales.
