Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely user-friendly! My taxes are rather simple and my refund isnt very much, so its too bad the cost of the service isn't pro-rated somehow on the complexity of the return and the amount of the refund. In other words, I paid a third of my refund to use Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Been using since before it was called Turbo Tax - Everything went very well this year until I was attempting to file the tax forms. Then I had to jump through hoops to try and pay for the Alabama filing fee. Which failed on a dropped call. Then I had to file against my checking account and pay an extra $40 on top of the $25 fee for the Alabama filling. I have loved this product for over 30 years but can you make it any more difficult to file the taxes?
