Rated 2 out of 5 by from fair at best, sometimes confusing instructions My taxes are not overly complicated, an interstate move, sale of home and only one W2. even though I have used TurboTax for the last several years I found the instructions in this 2020 version poor. Intuit also charges $25 to efile a state return. Certainly a tax preparer would have cost more than what I paid for this software but I think it would have come with a lot less frustration and time spent making sure I had the right information entered into my return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from There is always a issue with associate e-payment Each year it works well but also has a singular issue with the online ePayment each year and again this year. The program gets hung up when trying to make the payment fee, the sheet fill in name information does not complete for the state ebill, so the program fails. Try to actually run you software on a variety of computer not just and apple junk. AS such i have to mail in my state taxes poor product.
