Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just let me enter my info then shut up. Here is an idea! How about allowing people to enter in their info then just submit??? There is no need to play the 200 question game when this really is very very very simple. Step one. Sign in. Step 2. Enter in information. Step 3. Enter Payment information. Step 4. Submit. Why Turbo tax thinks its necessary to confirm my payment 9 ways from Sunday is beyond me. If someone wants to pay my taxes for me by all means knock it out! I will gladly give them my info. Please go back to what you were 10 years ago and just allow people to enter their info and submit. Way to make a 20 min process tops take well over an hour...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely love Turbotax!!! I was really dreading doing my taxes cause every year it's different!!!! The minute i began, i felt so confident knowing i had Turbo Tax watching over me. It would not have taken me so long but i was multitasking. 7 years with you guys! Wouldn't change a thing!!! Thanks for being there and making me feel so safe and confident!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax does the job, but is a bit hard to use. There is a "bug" in the software when I print or create a PDP of the completed Oregon tax return. I use Direct Deposit for my refund, and the bank account has 17 digits, but TT drops the last digit (in paragraph 53). I was unsure if my refund would actually come to my bank account! This detail is buried in the eFile bar code so I didn't know for sure. I was afraid to do the eFile (not knowing). I decided to call the TT Help number, and talked to "Jaquissa" on 3/31/23 around 8PM PT. She was terrific! Very patient, listened to my concerns, stepped me through an investigation, convinced me that since it was correct on the Form, I would get my refund. She's a gem!
