Rated 3 out of 5 by from New format was not as helpful a before I purchased and downloaded Turbo Tax via Costco. Some how, I ended up using an online Turbo Tax. I like to compare years as I go to be sure I didn't miss anything. This program would not let me do that. When I finished my taxes, it charged me for the program, processing fees, etc. All together I paid $150 this year. Won't use this again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult and no consistency I use it because it has been what I have used. It is slightly better than other products but is clunky at best. The fact I have to keep entering in my payment, my login information everytime for paying items you require is honestly stupid and overly complicated for no other reason than it is frustrating to use. This software seems to get worse and worse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product! I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It is very user friendly even to the biggest novice! The telephonic customer support is second to none, and I have used the assistance several times. It is very easy to connect with a trained, knowledgeable and professional live person. The ability to purchase "Audit Protection" for a reasonable fee gives me great confidence.

My 2 expert contacts, Arnetta and Michael saved the day and got me a huge return. I can't say enough positive things about Turbo Tax and their experts. Worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very easy to use and educational TurboTax made it easy to maneuver my tax information. Each section was explained in good detail. Every now and then, there may have been something I wanted to know more about, but that only happened about twice. It was an educational experience, as there were clickable sections that I looked at to learn about terminology or situations that could apply to me. I used all the "tell me more" options along the way that explained how taxes worked.
