Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax more difficult this year I made some income the year prior being self employed. But this last tax year I didn't. Turbotax still wanted/insisted on trying to make me fill out self employed forms (schedule c etc) and then tried to charge me the self employed turbotax fee. I ended up having to delete everything and start over. I feel like they should have something in place that just does this automatically.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from More confusing than in previous years The software wasn't very easy as there wasnt enough explaination like it used to be. Been using Turbo Tax for many years and this was the most difficult. I had to contact help 2 times. The first person couldn't help me. The second one was helpful and we got thru it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is good, but the navigation is lousy The processing was fine. It stepped me through each part. Unfortunately, navigation to specific forms was lousy. When I tried to file, it complained that I was requesting rebates for solar panels, but did not give me any links or directions on how to get to that page where solar panels were added. Additionally, it claimed that I had bad codes for "Sch A Part 2 Code" but did not give me a link or direction to see where those codes were being added.
