Rated 5 out of 5 by from Request to Improve Use of Keyboard Keys Please enable the arrow keys at the lower right-hand corner of the keyboard. It is inconvenient to always use the mouse or the trackpad to navigate around the screens. I am not a fast typist and need all the help that I can get.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax User Friendly Improvements I have used TurboTax for 15 years and have generally been satisfied with the software usability. However this 2021 tax year I experienced two issues that I hope TurboTax can remedy by 2022 tax season. I tried numerous times to login and received a "Opps we have experienced a problem, please try back later". Secondly, for the first time in the past seven years the interest income entry requires a Payer's TIN, which for foreign bank interest does not exist. The Turbo Tax Live chat comments did yield a workaround for the interest income entry by using Other Income, but the entry really belongs under Interest Income.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Dropped the ball this year I've used TurboTax since at least 2009, maybe longer. This is the first year since e-file has been available that I couldn't e-file when all of my information was available, because TurboTax did not provide for the required IRS schedule for foreign tax credit carryforwards. At first TurboTax said I had to print and mail, despite the IRS' pleas for taxpayers to e-file. Then after a significant number of comments by frustrated users on the TurboTax community site and many of those users contacting TurboTax, they said maybe by March 31st. Then they said March 11th and currently, on March 11th, or saying maybe tomorrow. The last time I looked there were 29 pages of comments on the TurboTax community site, and it took a frustrated user to find a way to make it work several days before TurboTax could do so. A very frustrating experience this year.
