Rated 2 out of 5 by from convenient but filing glitch I really appreciate how you can go through all the deducitons and credits. The explain links help a lot. However, Turbo Taz kept rejecting my return even though I checked my AGI like 5 ties.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax Very Good Good updates to make entering K1 information. Can improve by providing better instructions on foreign tax payment information. However, standard personal income & deduction info gathering is very straighforward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have used TT for 15-years. In all that time I've never had a problem. I use the "walk me through everything" process. That way I don't miss anything. It takes longer but I always get the right refund. I love the review and check for errors functions to ensure that the IRS won't find errors. The best part is by using Turbo Tax I have never been audited (maybe I'm just lucky but I believe TT software has a positive reputation with the IRS that helps keeping me audit free).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Pushes Unnecessary efile for State It is absolutely ridiculous to charge for state returns with no payment or refund. The software makes it difficult to print the state return for mailing. It should be easier to print the state return in this case.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing some of lasst years comparisons It shows me what changed from last year in almost all things except the State and Local taxes allowed at the end. It shows what it allowed for this year and had zero (0) for last year. Also I wish it remembered what headings I used for my business expenses from last year. It does for the last catagory, (Misc Office or something) but not for every expense catagory. If it can remember for one then why not all. Or maybe the worksheets could show those things. I have to write them down every year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Efficient but sneaky Markets free tax returns but then forces you to pay extra fees at the very end after you’ve filled in everything. I understand it’s a business but I clocked it as a slightly underhanded process. Also, list the prices accurately. If it says “file taxes with deluxe for $60,” that should mean $60 total, not an additional $50 on top of that to actually file the whole thing.
