Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's a 1 only because there wasn't a 0 This was the most disappointing filing year we have ever experienced. The data entry was difficult, the program continually shut down, the redundancy of codes and verifications and reviews were exhausting. We are very long-term TurboTax users, but this will be our last year unless there are significant improvements to this platform in the 2023 filing program.

I've been filing with them for 5 years now and keep coming back because it is so easy, helpful, and fast! Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and simple, as usual My experience with TurboTax is always easy and efficient. It's pretty much a walkthrough or step-by-step of filing your taxes. There are usually guides or help menu pop-ups in each section that you can click on if a little confused. My taxes are usually not much involved, but TurboTax is still incredibly easy to use.
