Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple, easy to use and understand. I like turbotax, it's easy and understandable for non-tax people! I do wish that when looking back at previous years it would be possible to be asked to skip the update feature. Otherwise great software.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can rest easy tonight I did taxes myself in 2017 and made a horrible mistake to the tune of 28k owed to the IRS. Last year I went to a Tax Professional who charged me twice as much as Turbo Tax. I feel so good about Turbo tax Live. Truly professional, hassle-free, and customer-friendly. This was the best decision I've made in a long time. My wife is now speaking to me as Turbo Tax has redeemed me with her.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great still In reviewing and entering W-2 information, there is typically an issue with Box 14 or 16 Wages or some other such thing. It would be so much better if the program was more up-to-the-minute on that kind of stuff.
