Never had to call customer support; the software just worked well and I really like the little hyperlinks to what WOULD HAVE BEEN my questions (FAQ's) on just about each page. I only opened them when I had a question, but that was enough to open many; they were all helpful. Great product still!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still some room for improvement :) In my case I filed my corporation on 2014 and then on 2019 I filed a DBA with the state for that corporation. The software is assuming the DBA was filed and incorporated before/together with the Corporation and is not letting me enter the proper dates for each. On the other hand, Turbo Tax does not offer support for Business Software, just for Individuals filing. Besides that, everything was just fine.

And I didn’t know I could file on social security until a family member told me about but I just didn’t want to deal with the paperwork until they tolyme about turbo tax and show me how to do it wow to my knowledge it was easy and a little fun doing my own taxes for the first time in years thank turbo taxes you are the best god bless you

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive and confusing. Not coming back. TurboTax sure loves those mandatory extra fees. I spent hours on this site only to slam into a 'pay wall' of $100+ for TurboTax features that cannot be avoided without throwing your return out the window and doing it all over again on another site. Its just fee after fee after fee on top of the taxes youre already paying for and they do not make it clear at the beginning that you'll be paying that much extra just to finish your return. Every year gets worse. I wont be filing here again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is easy Turbo tax was easy as a first timer, make sure to finish all the steps and make sure you submit it for review. I filed mine and it said filed, I thought I was done needed to finish the electronic submission but I’m squared away now!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bare minimum product have a small LLC and can't see paying a tax professional so I use TurboTax Business every year. It seems adequate for federal, but woefully inadequate for state - there are way too many places where I have no confidence that TurboTax is guiding correctly. There are many, many questions that you're left to your own on for state. Either you make a complete product with experts preparing the interview or you don't. Doesn't TurboTax know that its customers are NOT tax professionals? We don't know which forms are required - we are relying on TurboTax!
