Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbox Tax is Awesome! TurboTax is invaluable in making sure I comply with the constantly changing tax law. I would hate to even try to do my taxes without TurboTax. It definitely makes my life easier. In addition, whenever I have had a problem over the years understanding the tax law and how to enter a specific item, I always got the help I needed from the TurboTax representatives. They are professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for your EXCELLENT software and for your very professional staff!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax keeps everything up to date. Incredible I have rental income from my airbnb rooms which makes for a complicated tax return. Sometimes I don't answer TurboTax questions correctly. I had three calls with their specialists, two were CPAs, and got everything solved. It was very impressive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long Time User I'm a TurboTax Premier user for 2020. I used both Federal and Georgia State forms. I found TurboTax Federal easy to use. I would like more explanations for different steps on both federal & state screens. I found that at times a screen would pop up and the explain seemed to be no different than i would expect from the IRS document. I would like an explain more on the form of simple clear advice I would expect from my friendly tax advisor who is looking out for my best interests.
