Rated 1 out of 5 by from total turbotax fees? This is the second year I filed with TurboTax and ended up paying high fees. Throughout the step by step procedure, random notification about fees got higher and higher, even though i didn't want the MAX edition. 217 dollar fee? for what?

We had some software glitches and were frustrated not to be able to talk to anyone about those. Turbotax wanted us to upgrade to a premium price before we could talk to a human. Our questions weren't tax related, they were software related. Why pay more to get help with product problems?
