Every step of the process is so well explained plus I am kept informed of the progress completed. Problem that I cannot understand or are beyond my knowledge are just a phone call to a Turbo Tax professional that will answer on how to correct your problem. Love this program and saves me money every time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Year after year ... Why do I keep coming back? Simplicity. While I CAN do the forms on my own in paper format, why should I? TurboTax makes everything so user-friendly that I can get everything done in half the time. Yes, I still get frustrated because ... well ... TAXES! But, with TurboTax, thing are a whole lot less confusing and time-consuming. Thanks TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax worked even better than last year Really great to download data from financial institutions so I know that I am reporting the same information that the financial institutions sent to the IRS. Good interface between my federal return and the 2 state returns that I am required to file.
