I had drug my feet on a particularly difficult tax return for a long time and my CPA was ghosting me and not being proactive so I purchased Turbo Live and had everything done in a few hours with the help of a very kind and knowledgeable tax pro. I also learned a lot and will be better prepared for the future.

I just wish that my extension could have been e-filed like the taxes and that the 2019 popped up so that I could compare years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Intimidating but perhaps the fear is only the fear I lost my lifelong tax person, I was hoping for a local person to drag my bag of goodies to but after figuring out some of the TECH office skills like Scanning Docs and much anxiety over doing it this way it all came together. Far across the USA Melanie 25 year Tax Lady Helped immensely!
