Overpriced bait 15 Year customer extremely disappointed with the outrageous price increases and constant bombardment for upselling, with quality of product worse than previous years. I do 10 of my family members taxes and I will never use Turbo tax again. 6 of 10 returns were rejected for simple errors not caught by Turbotax auto review. The Software is garbage this year. I never had issues in years past. There are better products out there for cheaper prices, and free basic W2 returns are still free for both Fed and State at other sites. Sad how far once great TurboTax has fallen in quality. Top management should be fired for letting previously good product turn to garbage. I see class action lawsuits coming with this failing business.
