Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had Errors in Program. Took 2 Days to Complete This year was no fun. It took 5 TurboTax Reps & 6 TurboTax Live CPAs to get the return done. Of course, I had to pay extra for that help and lost 2 days of work. Not a happy camper.

It guides me through every little detail to be sure i do not miss a write off or lets me know if something doesn't look right or add up. Love my Turbo tax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Recommendation I enjoyed using turbo tax but the communication made me very nervous if my expert wax professional or just a joke. She would go a couple weeks without responding and getting her to call me was like pulling teeth I had to get a hold of 2 people out side of her to get her attention to contact me.
