I was so glad to have a professional, polite and knowledgeable person like Michelle to walk me through and ask me specifics to complete my taxes. So glad I went this route and she was so helpful!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works. It's easy. It could use improvements. Been using it for many years. Relatively easy, but some things have become redundant or irrelevant. I guess you have to go through all those silly questions. FIX importing of It's Deductible. Make it clearer. If you go step by step, it DOES not ask you about It's Deductible. It does NOT prompt you to import. Every year, it's a challenge. That's really why I gave 4 vs. 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is getting harder to use and more costly I found turbo tax 2022, harder to use and a lot more expensive. To get any information or advice you have to upgrade the package. Of course I remember when Gas was under a quarter a gallon so it is what it is. I got my Taxes done again and off to the IRS for their review. Fingers crossed all the way!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forced to pay for premium Been using Turbotax for years and for the first time it's software has "discovered" a small retirement savings credit that you can not delete or deny to accept. Because of that small credit it then forced me to pay $157 to upgrade before I could finish filing and claim that unwanted $45 credit. If I wanted to pay that much to do my taxes and if this is how Turbotax works now, I'll just go to H&R block and have a professional file for me. Pretty much the same price and I won't have to worry about forgetting anything myself.
