Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some points for improvement I got all the calls for help whenever I needed. But for Full Service, my phone didn't ring several times when the full service team tried to call. The only way I know they called is because I got an email saying they tried to reach me. It was strange and a rather frustrating. A 'scheduler tool' that works based on the expert's availabitly would be great to avoid back and forth messaging for setting a call time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Took us two days...2 hours, then 5 hours Having C Schwab account not connected was TT or Schwabs fault? Joining Intuit was not a choice I wanted. Required this year for importing. Lots of format changes. Should have been done in 3 1/2 hrs.
