Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full Service/Tax Experts Are Not Great You can consult with a live expert and full service options. I would say unless you have a simple basic tax return, go with an expert at your local community. These representatives are not great for the extra amount of money. Also, the experts may know how to plug in information, but the way they speak with their customers and explaining things are not great. One representative wanted to go over information "quickly" with me while I was driving, and I told her no, that it was not safe. I was also promised a call back from the sam tax expert the following day and it never happened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Full Service is great! My situation was a little challenging since I moved during the tax year. Sylvia, my tax preparer, had to make sure she factored all facts in filing my returns since each state has different laws. I really feel like she had my best interest in mind. She also explained everything well and worked with me to ensure my returns are accurate, reflecting my situation, etc.

Had to sign into Intuit multiple times and no heads up as to reason. Had problem downloading docs from Schwab. Had problem with key code and had to get a second copy - both were from Amazon
