Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use I thought it was easy to use and helped me along the way with any questions using the help button. I was shocked at my bill of $178. State was added for an additional amount but the Federal was $119. I reviewed and it should have been $59.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Experience There was one area which required me to enter the retirement basis. There was no option to review commonly asked questions, which made me research the answers online. This should be corrected for future tax filings to better assist with troubleshooting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Business seems to be an afterthought Full of bugs. Very glitchy and frequently switches to forms and doesnt walk you through. The state products are even worse, same glitches for a couple years in a row and no easy way to report the issue. Actually despise this product but its the only one i can find on market for llc and trusts

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Saved the Tax Day! Turbo Tax reduces the stress I feel during tax time by providing an intuitive, user-friendly product that guides me step-by-step. It's like having your personal accountant on hand to make sure you maximize everything you are entitled to and more. My busy schedule caused me to file later than usual this year, but Turbo Tax save the "tax" day because most of my information was pre-filled from prior years! Thanks, Turbo Tax...you're my new tax hero (sorry accountants & tax preparers)!
