This year was especially challenging with work in two states, a long distance move, a house sale and a house purchase. Still, TurboTa helped me breeze through it all in one night at the kitchen table.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Full Service is better than I expected I tried TurboTax Live Full Service because I have a lot of capital sales last year. This was my first experience with any kind of assistance for the tax season, and it was better than I expected. The communication process was smoother than I thought. Thanks to the profession of my tax expert, Erin, there was little back-n-forth before getting the return done. The price is a bit higher for a single, young professionals, but it worth the try. Definitely would be more affordable for joint filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another good year I was able to file without professional help. I am a simple taxpayer, no elaborate tax dodges, no complicated entries (beyond my broker's import data -- whew!!). I wish the software would NOT round entries. Small whine. Otherwise: FABULOUS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax great except difficulty actually filing Everything went pretty smoothly, other than having to delete and re-enter 9 1099-Rs because I couldn't find a way to "reverse" an incorrect option I selected. Then later, when I clicked on File it kept kicking me back to the medical expense worksheet telling me I had an expense marked as "estimated" and I needed to remove that before I could file. I went through each and every entry (a couple of dozen) at the supporting detail level and there were no expenses marked estimated. Finally I decided to delete that worksheet, since I was using standard deduction anyway, and it went through just fine.
