Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trash! Error 567809 Error 567809 shows up everytime when I was trying to do e-filing. THe software doesn't support import of W2 and other forms. Online version is better than this one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Going somewhere else next time. Good bye. This was terrible. You can't simply downgrade if you clicked the wrong product to file with, you have to restart all over again. They look for every way to make you pay more. This was a horrible experience. I've been with them for 7 years and it has gotten worse every year. Good bye to this awful company.
