Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wrongly charged and refused refund I've been using TurboTax for 3+ years and am really disappointed in it this year. I was charged the wrong amount without even clicking submit payment. It was completely hidden to choose the correct level of product I needed so I was defaulted to Premium which I did not need. I spend 2 hours on the phone with customer service who told me to submit a refund request as well as file for an extension. In the end, I had to file my taxes late, pay via my state's website instead of Turbo, and got my refund request denied 3 times with terrible reasoning. It was like they didn't even look at my explanation. The email I received said "TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee." It's great that it's designed not to charge, but it DID charge me before I chose to file.

I did my due diligence to get my taxes done way before they were even due, and now I find out you never submitted my form???? How can you take my money and not file??? I demand a refund for this garbage practice of yours. I won't be using your products ever again!!!
