Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I have used turbo for several years. Overall it is a good program. I have trouble going to the correct place when I want to make a change. I don't want to go the form but to the place where I first answered the question or provided the info. Please make that easier to find.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More complicated than I expected. Filing IHSS income for someone who is tax exempt is too difficult. The system does not allow us to e-file if we enter $0 and it is very unclear what to do in order to file correctly. We spent hours trying to google answers... figure it out. Ended up not doing e-file. Every year the IHSS reporting is confusing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax Returns made EASY! We had been filing with Turbo Tax for the past 4 years using their software. The introduction of the personal tax assistant live was a great improvement over the prior years. With the personal assistant we had more clarifications on tax law in the prior years we didn't know about therefore maximizing our return refund.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is reliable and easy to use I am on a recurring purchase with turbo tax. My forms transfer with ease from year to year. Using the forms allows me to provide my information and populate the correct forms without a lot of knowledge on my side. Once finished, I review the step by step inputs in the Forms format to learn how my information was used. This year, I ran into a glitch when transmitting my forms. I called Turbo Tax Customer Service and they walked me through my documents until they found the error. My email address was incorrect...grrr. The cost is a little more than one might pay for other similar services. Nonetheless, Thanks for providing a great product.
