Rated 3 out of 5 by from A long tedious slog TurboTax was not as easy to use as in past years. It required me to compare some form data to last years to see what was not working properly. In the end, I hope that it is correct. The final check indicted errors that were difficult to understand. I was able to figure out what was really an error and what was not. In past years my tax filling was more complicated and much easier to complete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is just so straightforward & simple! I’ve been on Turbotax for 6 years & still going! The best part is being able to do them on my own time, at my own pace, and having the helpful tips and resources available! Thank you for making Tax season smoother

Some of the "(?)" links did not provide the information we were wanting, while others did. Maybe this was due to not selecting the upgraded version. Also, we were given the "senior" form and would have preferred the standard/regular form. Overall it was a friendly experience. Thank you.
