We love the educational information available while completing forms. Our representative was available on a Sunday and was very understanding of our needs. She was very educated on what needed to be updated on investments and answered all questions. Her patience and understanding have helped us remain loyal Turbo Tax users. Please make sure she receives some type of recognition, as we would have needed to go in office for a tax preparer had she not been available.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Question Loops There are a couple of loops that you can't escape out of. One of them is the #18 on the W-2G FORM. NAME OF LOCALITY. It is BLANK just as your instructions say but you cannot leave that page! There were two more, but I can't remember them now.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrated Found it very difficult to complete the filing process the calculations part was good. Was unable to change the e-mail address in account settings I changed it and the program changed it back. them it closed me out 3 times.
