I have never been audited, I have always received a return that was more than I could have done alone, payment comes out of your refund unless you want to pay for it immediately, and the security of having tax professionals watching your back is worth the cost. Will use again next year, and probably the year after.

The IRS and State knows what I owe them but companies like TurboTax have such strong lobbies that I'm forced to play your stupid game every year of being upsold. Disgusting.
