I was kept on hold on two different occasions once for 20 minutes the other for 45. Both times the call dropped and I was not called back. Being on hold for that long should get me credit for the service. Also my state return I was charged 59 $ to EFile will not allow me to Efile..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service! I started using TurboTax 10 years ago and couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. Sounds silly, but it's true! Before this, a family friend was doing them for us. Although it was a nice gesture, I felt guilty because he wouldn't accept compensation, but it also took quite a while. I switched to TurboTax, and somehow nearly doubled my tax return. Every year is such a quick process since it pulls all of least year's info for me. I love it! Cannot imagine filing taxes any other way.
